= Tenemos dos definiciones.
*Empezar
una afición o actividad nueva.
*Aceptar
una oferta.
Take = Llevar / Tomar Up
= Arriba
Ejemplos:
I’m going to take up golf = Voy a
empezar a jugar al golf.
I might take up wáter skiing too
= Puede que también haga esquí acuático.
I may take
your offer up = Puede que acepte tu
oferta.
I might take
it up = Puede que la acepte.
Voy a aprender a hacer windsurf = I'm going to
take up windsurf.
Él empezó a Jugar al golf = He
took up golf.
Intentó aprender pero lo dejó = He tried to
take it up but gave it up.
Sube las cosas pesadas = Take the heavy things
upstairs.
Súbelas = Take them up.
Es difícil subir cosas pesadas = It's difficult
